Acra Lending Appoints Suzy Lindblom as Managing Director, National Operations
Irvine, California — Acra Lending announced today the appointment of Suzy Lindblom as Managing Director, National Operations, where she will oversee Wholesale and Correspondent Lending Operations as well as Underwriting.
Lindblom brings more than 30 years of mortgage operations experience and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and technology-enabled modernization. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, where she led a comprehensive operational transformation focused on speed, cost efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
During her tenure at Sierra Pacific, Lindblom introduced initiatives that streamlined underwriting workflows and improved speed to close, including the implementation of AI-driven income analysis for bank statement loans and the establishment of strategic outsourcing partnerships to support appraisal review and underwriting functions. These efforts reduced turnaround times, lowered operational costs, and improved responsiveness across the organization. She also launched a weekly operations leadership forum to strengthen cross-department collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities.
In addition to her operational leadership, Lindblom is actively engaged in industry organizations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, enabling her teams to remain informed and adaptable amid evolving market conditions. Her leadership approach emphasizes visibility, accountability, and team development, pairing high performance expectations with hands-on support and mentorship.
