Shawn Stone

Mr. Stone brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in online lending, credit, servicing, capital markets, and technology-driven platforms.

Over the course of nearly two decades at Mr. Cooper, Mr. Stone played a key role in scaling the company into the nation’s largest home loan servicer. He served as Chief Revenue and Production Officer, and also launched and led Xome as Executive Founder and President, a technology-focused subsidiary offering real estate and mortgage services.

Mr. Stone has also served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Renovate America, a leading fintech lender in the point-of-sale, ESG, and home improvement space. He held the role of Senior Advisor at Bayview Asset Management, and later joined LendingPoint as a strategic lending partner before serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member.

Mr. Stone currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Acra Lending, where he leads the company’s continued growth, innovation, and market leadership in the Non-QM space.

Kyle Gunderlock

Kyle Gunderlock has over 22 years of hands-on experience in the mortgage finance business. Of note is his comprehensive knowledge of operations, financial and risk management, asset valuation, and whole loan trading, as well as the origination of mortgage loans and the management of wholesale and correspondent sales teams.

Mr. Gunderlock was a Vice President and District Sales Manager at First Street Financial, Inc. where he led a team of Account Executives and Broker Direct Representatives.

Mr. Gunderlock previously acted as Head Trader for Citadel Servicing’s investment fund, CMMI, LLC, where he had the responsibility of pricing assets and negotiating trade documents.

He is involved in the servicing and disposition of assets as well, and is a member of the Investment Committee that determines final asset acquisition and pricing.

Mr. Gunderlock currently holds a Real Estate Broker License through the California Department of Real Estate and is approved as a Mortgage Loan Originator via the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry.

Gregory Meola

Greg is a graduate of Holy Cross College and received his Masters in 2011. In addition to his educational background Greg has received his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Greg has an extensive knowledge in mortgage and mortgage related services. Greg has a depth of knowledge in vendor management processes, regulatory compliance, valuation services and the foreclosure legal process. As a consultant Greg has worked in large Wall Street and fortune 500 companies as well as the small entrepreneurial sector of the mortgage business.

Greg has become recognized problem solver, relationship builder and operational efficiency expert. Greg has worked in many different project roles including: Loss Mitigation for a Fortune 500 Company where he successfully managed a staff of 100 underwriters to complete the clients backlog of Loss Mitigation loans. Redesigned processes and created efficiency measures to produce a higher level of production with greater and consistent accuracy.

Mortgage Origination and Servicing GAP analysis for several Mortgage Lenders where his primary responsibility was to coordinate and help develop a gap analysis for a mortgage and servicing organization to formulate a business plan that would determine the profitability for the organization if it were to in-house all mortgage origination and servicing functions. Built the capacity model and the projections forecast based off of historic data, consumer analysis, and Merger and Acquisition Advisory he has successfully assisted organizations through a merge or acquisition by viewing capital requirements, compliance, finance, market opportunity, revenue opportunity, and COGS of several businesses along with a team of individuals to best assess the projections and success of potential M&A deals for small businesses.

Ellen Coleman

Ellen Coleman has over 20 years of experience in finance and treasury in the mortgage industry.

She joined Acra Lending from Peer Street, a platform for investing in residential mortgage loans, where she spent five years as EVP and CFO managing FP&A, accounting, treasury, loan servicing and capital markets.

Prior to joining Peer Street, she held positions as Treasurer of Stearns Lending, Nationstar Mortgage and Homeward Residential as well as Managing Director at Countrywide Financial.

Ellen holds a BA in Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from Anderson School at UCLA.

Suzy Lindblom

Suzy Lindblom has over 40 years in the mortgage industry and has experience in most aspects of the mortgage industry including underwriting, operations, credit risk, technology, post closing and compliance.  She led Fulfillment, Sales, Credit Risk, Compliance, IT, HR, Operations Support and Marketing during her mortgage career.

Suzy’s main focus over the years has been delivering the best customer service, while improving cost and process efficiency as well as helping her staff and others in the industry to grow in their careers along with working to improve the mortgage process.

She was recently with Sierra Pacific Mortgage Corp, as their COO and prior to that with Arc, FGMC, Kind Lending, Planet Home Loans as their COO and Stearns Lending, as Managing Director of Fulfillment for all Retail, Wholesale and JV channels, as well as Post Closing and Credit Risk.

She recently has been awarded Housing Wire Insider’s Award in 2025 as well as Housing Wire Vanguard in both 2023 and 2020.  She has been twice named Housing Wire’s Women of Influence list in 2019 and 2015.  She also appears on National Mortgage Professionals 2019 Most Powerful Women, Progress in Lending 2019 Most Influential Women in Fintech and National Diversity Council’s Southern California 2016 Most Powerful & Influential Women lists along with NEXT’s 2020 Powerhouse list.

Andrew Hess

Andrew Hess has served as counsel to financial services companies for over 10 years.

He began his legal career as a litigator at a large law firm, working on matters for one of the nation’s largest banks, then moved to First American Financial Corporation, where he oversaw legal operations for the company’s various real estate data businesses. After a brief stint as Senior Corporate Counsel at a Silicon Valley tech company, he was hired as Acra Lending’s General Counsel.

Andrew earned his JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, after receiving his BA from UCLA.
