Keith Lind

Mr. Lind is the Chief Executive Officer of Acra Lending with 19 Years of Mortgage-Backed Securities and Asset-Backed Securities trading and structuring experience.

He was a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners before joining Acra Lending.

Mr. Lind was a Trader at Brevan Howard and prior to joining Brevan Howard, Mr. Lind was a Managing Director and Head of the US Non-Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities Trading Desk at RBS. He was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he traded the Non-Agency Mortgage-Backed Credit book. Mr. Lind holds a BA in Finance from Purdue University.

Kyle Gunderlock

Mr. Gunderlock has 13 plus years of hands-on experience in the mortgage finance business. Of note is his comprehensive knowledge of operations, financial and risk management, asset valuation, and whole loan trading, as well as the origination of mortgage loans and the management of wholesale and correspondent sales teams.

Mr. Gunderlock was a Vice President and District Sales Manager at First Street Financial, Inc. where he led a team of Account Executives and Broker Direct Representatives.

Mr. Gunderlock currently acts as Head Trader for Acra Lending’s investment fund, CMMI, LLC, where on a daily basis, since 2007, he has the responsibility of pricing assets and negotiating trade documents. He is involved in the servicing and disposition of assets as well, and is a member of the Investment Committee that determines final asset acquisition and pricing. Mr. Gunderlock currently holds a Real Estate Salesperson License through the California Department of Real Estate and is approved as a Mortgage Loan Originator via the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry.

Mike Kovar

Mr. Kovar is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Acra Lending.  He has over 17 years of executive experience as a financial executive in financial services and real estate industries.

He was CFO of Lender Processing Services Real Estate Group and was Vice President and Risk Controller at Lending Tree Loans.   He was co-founder and CFO of Real Estate Digital and Cerulean Media Holdings, both of which had successful exits.   Mr. Kovar also spent time at Pacific Life Insurance Company as a Financial Engineer in the Enterprise Risk Management Group.

Mr. Kovar has a B.S. in Mathematics from Tarkio College and an MBA in Finance/Accounting from Arizona State University.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Vora is General Counsel for Acra Lending and Citadel Servicing. In this role, Ms. Vora oversees regulatory compliance, transactions, and dispute management for the Company.

Ms. Vora brings over 17 years of litigation experience, with more than 14 years of expertise handling mortgage related actions. Ms. Vora has successfully defended large banks, lenders, and servicers in mortgage origination and servicing claims, as well as retail banking and auto finance cases before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts throughout California from inception through mediation, arbitration, and trials. Serving as a trusted advisor, Ms. Vora also provided guidance in the areas of compliance, risk management, employment, and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Citadel, Ms. Vora served as Senior Litigation Counsel with local California law firms and default trustee defending against claims for wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending, and title disputes.

Eric Friedman

Mr. Friedman is responsible for the Loan Servicing Portfolio and has 27 plus years of Loan Servicing and Credit Risk experience, from the perspective of Servicer, Investor, and Service Provider. Mr. Friedman was previously the Chief Operating Officer of First American Financials, Mortgage Servicing Solutions, a $175M division, where he managed the onshore and offshore production and customer service teams producing Title and Data Products. Prior to that, Mr. Friedman served as Senior Vice President of Default Management for IndyMac and OneWest Bank, leading the team through the credit crisis and subsequent FDIC takeover. Mr. Friedman was also a member of the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Hope Now Servicing Advisory Groups.

Mr. Friedman spent 10 years with Fannie Mae in several leadership positions within Loan Servicing, Credit Risk, and eBusiness, and was responsible for the oversight of Fannie Mae’s Designated Attorney Program.

Jeffrey Lemieux

Mr. Lemieux is the Managing Director, Correspondent Lending.  Prior to joining Acra, Mr. Lemieux was the CFO and COO of Isles Ranch Partners a real estate investment firm focused on residential acquisition, development and construction investments throughout the U.S.  Prior to joining Isles Ranch, Mr. Lemieux was a Senior Vice President at Bayview Asset Management, an investment firm focused on investments in mortgage credit, including correspondent and wholesale mortgage originations.

Mr. Lemieux has worked as a Senior Vice President with Ally Bank (formerly GMAC), responsible for correspondent lending and fee-based servicing. Preceding his tenure at GMAC, Mr. Lemieux was a Senior Vice President with Cerberus Capital responsible for overseeing investments in lending institutions, prospective acquisition diligence and mortgage-backed trading. Mr. Lemieux received his BA from the University of Arizona and has an MBA, Finance, from the University of San Francisco.

Gregory Meola

Greg is a graduate of Holy Cross College and received his Masters in 2011. In addition to his educational background Greg has received his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Greg has an extensive knowledge in mortgage and mortgage related services. Greg has a depth of knowledge in vendor management processes, regulatory compliance, valuation services and the foreclosure legal process. As a consultant Greg has worked in large Wall Street and fortune 500 companies as well as the small entrepreneurial sector of the mortgage business.

Greg has become recognized problem solver, relationship builder and operational efficiency expert. Greg has worked in many different project roles including: Loss Mitigation for a Fortune 500 Company where he successfully managed a staff of 100 underwriters to complete the clients backlog of Loss Mitigation loans. Redesigned processes and created efficiency measures to produce a higher level of production with greater and consistent accuracy.

Mortgage Origination and Servicing GAP analysis for several Mortgage Lenders where his primary responsibility was to coordinate and help develop a gap analysis for a mortgage and servicing organization to formulate a business plan that would determine the profitability for the organization if it were to in-house all mortgage origination and servicing functions. Built the capacity model and the projections forecast based off of historic data, consumer analysis, and Merger and Acquisition Advisory he has successfully assisted organizations through a merge or acquisition by viewing capital requirements, compliance, finance, market opportunity, revenue opportunity, and COGS of several businesses along with a team of individuals to best assess the projections and success of potential M&A deals for small businesses.
